Hi there, My name is David, For the past decade I've been working as a web developer, database analyst, database administrator, lead developer and for the past few years C.T.O. Over this time I have been involved in many projects, big and small requiring a database web application, usually in the healthcare field, but occasionally in other industries. I've built CRMs (customer relationship management) systems, front to back, EMR (electronic medical records) systems, as well as dynamic and complex inventory management/reconciliation systems. Since I've started this my normal web-dev stack runs on PHP, with MySQL as the database backend. My projects are all fully responsive (capable of running on mobile/tablet/desktop while still looking good) I have a huge personal code-base to pull from, and I excel at Rapid Application Development.
