Programmer Job in Branson, Missouri

I am a Visual FoxPro programmer and have created a specialized ticketing software in use in most of the Branson live performance theaters. I need to incorporate EMV credit card processing with my software, but all SDKs seem to be written in C#. I need someone who can compile the SDK in such a way as to allow me to access it as an object, load required information to trigger a usb card reader, then receive the response. Don't have a large budget and according to the SDK (Authorize.....), most of the work has already been done.
