Programmer Job in West Lafayette, Indiana

I am looking for a CTO to manage for 500 USD/month 10% equity the technical development of a global accommodation booking website and app that exclusively list accommodations with access to water. That includes hotels and holiday rentals with access to natural water bodies (beachfront, river, lake, spring...etc.) and/or access to a swimming pool (indoor, outdoor, saltwater, private, kiddie...etc.). The search filters are fine-tuned to give the guest the ease of finding what they are looking for in terms of swimming/bathing experience. This will include information such as swimming pool dimensions, privacy information, water quality and other details.
