Programmer Job in Toronto, Ontario

I need a Full Stack Developer to jump in and complete and existing project that is almost done. - Framework is Laravel, as well as PHP & Javascript - is required - need engines completed, bugs fixed and the front end built to go live. - This is version 1.0, once live and running clean, i want to move on to many other add ons and off shoot softwares. This could potentially be a full time thing so i am looking for someone who is : - Fluent in english - honest - awesome problem solver/creative - willing to work with a tracker to monitor progress - ok with open communication/explaining with me as we go along. - flexible hours, once live, if issues (site goes down, server issues etc) I'd need to have you jump on the problem and fix it asap, so customers are not inconvenienced. I can get more into detail and am open to profit sharing once we are live as i need a team i can trust and who has a vested interested in this.
