This opportunity involves working with organizations to train large language models that are designed to write better code. The work typically includes solving a variety of programming-related problems and interacting with AI models as they learn. No previous AI experience is required. We are looking for talented coders to help train generative artificial intelligence models. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with flexible hours, so you can work whenever it suits you best. Your contributions may include writing and answering computer science-related questions to train AI models, as well as evaluating and ranking code generated by those models. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution. You should be proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C , Swift, or Verilog. You must be able to clearly explain complex technical concepts in Canadian English and pay strong attention to detail, including grammar and punctuation. Pay rates for core project work range from USD $25 to $50 per hour, depending on your expertise, skill assessment results, location, and specific project needs. Higher rates may be available for advanced qualifications like a PhD. Lower rates may apply for onboarding or overtime tasks. Some projects also offer performance-based incentive payments.
