We are currently searching for an EXPERIENCED CNC Programmer \ set up Machinist with Sport Bike and Harley background is a must to join our team, full time or part time available. Candidates must be proficient in CNC Programming and have familiarity with operation of both CNC and manual mills and lathes, be able to read blue prints, make blueprints use precision measuring instruments, CAD CAM experience preferred, Be reliable and quality oriented, Have own tools and have a good work history with verifiable references. All candidates will have to execute a proficiency test on the manual lathe, mill, blue print reading, print making, and the ability to read measuring instruments. Judging on both ability to operate the machine and the quality of the work completed. Position responsibilities include: Maintain current programs Optimize programs for best production results Set up and operate CNC machining centers Make necessary machine offsets to insure quality Manage product quality Flexibility to work on several projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment In addition to the essential job functions the applicant will be evaluated by the following.
