Programmer Job in Topeka, Kansas

I am in need of help with the development of a small but effective Website dealing with the issues and prevention of Elder Abuse and Exploitation in the state of Kansas. Assistance from a person or persons familiar with website development and the subject matter would be ideal. The project will need to be started immediately and finished ASAP, I would hope less than 30 days. I have a lot of the material ready.
I will not be able to pay much, however, the cause is righteous and if we do it right, there will be satisfaction in providing some valuable information.
